Black Sea Rally Update

To date about 25 boat owners have expressed an interest in the proposed rally though some will not be ready in time for next year and will probably go out in 2009.  It is also felt that others will drop out due to other commitments. Thus at this stage the most likely guess is that there will be about 8-12 boats on the rally including crews of several different nationalities.
